Hey everyone, sorry for the much longer than normal update cycle (given the small number of changes), but life has been keeping me occupied with other things...IN ANY CASE, the changes introduced in this update are below (please note that these changes DO NOT affect the demo version). I would like to say that there are big new things coming in the form of a final major update before I start thinking about Steam, Google Store, and other platforms for a larger release, but honestly I can't say if or when that will happen at this moment. :/ So in the meantime, enjoy the new quest, find the new weapon, and keep having fun playing VoltAge:Genesis! 

• -NOTE: Players who previously completed the demo and chose to return to the mainland will be able to return to the point where the demo left off by speaking to the man next to the bus stop in Pedregal Springs.

  • Accoro Village
    • A new farmer has appeared in Accoro Village, near the scarecrow…speak with him to receive a unique weapon called “Denaze’s Spear” (See “Changes to Weapons” below for more info).
  • Oca Rongo (Abandoned Inn)
    • Switched the lootable dresser from the upper room to the lower one.
• -Changes to Weapons
  • New 2H Spear – “Denaze’s Spear”
    • Stats - Attack +64, Agility -16, Luck +10, Evasion +2%
    • Unique Passive - “Farmer’s Blessing” increases the wielder’s Defense/M.Defense/Luck stats by 10% when equipped.
    • Cannot be sold.
  • Returning 1H Sword – “Andaeus’ Blade”
    • Stats – Attack +57, M. Attack +21, Agility -8, Luck +12, Hit Rate +2%, Evasion +2%, Crit. Rate +2%
    • Unique Passive – “Bot Slayer” has a 6% chance to cause Virus, Target Loss, Cannot Execute, Scrambled, Reboot, Overload, Overheat, Frozen, Static, and Disruption against robotic foes (each status effect chance is calculated separately).
    • Cannot be sold.
• -Changes to Armor
  • “Star Coin” description has been updated
• -General Changes / Bug Fixes
  • Andaeus’ Blade (previously a limited time exclusive) is now permanently obtainable through secret means.
    • For weapon stats, see “Changes to Weapons” above.
  • Tweaked some of the dialog in the intro scene

To find the new quest, I'd suggest beginning your search in Oca Rongo...and whether you're wandering the plains or delving through ruins, be careful out there! The Deadlands are a dangerous place, after all...
