Bug Fixes, and a Patch Coming...


Hey everyone! It's only been a couple of days, but while doing some other dev work I noticed a bug in the "Artist's Retreat" where the song was not loading properly. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I have updated the VoltAge:Genesis file (Ver 1.1.2) to address the issue. If you have limited data packages and don't want to be constantly downloading the game over and over, I WILL be putting out a planned patch on Sunday, April 14th. If you can wait that long, then you will be able to download ver 1.2 at that time, which will contain:

Bug Fixes (to be added to if any other issues arise):

-Sound failure in Artist's Retreat (causes looping error message)

Monster Rebalancing

-Monsters will be getting tweaked to make them each "feel" better...
--Currently, builds for monster stats use 12 "classes" to determine stat growth as their levels increase
--For future builds, each monster will have its own stat growth...this will mean every enemy is more in line with what I had originally envisioned, and will allow me to better tweak specific enemies in future updates if they are too strong/weak.

If I add anything else to the patch, it will added here as well, so be sure to check back (I will probably also put out a .txt file detailing all the changes when the patch is released).

Okay, the patch file is FINALLY up...I was having an issue with my network that was taking WAY too long to resolve -__- Regardless, have fun exploring the slightly bigger Deadlands!
